Registration Categories:

  • Advanced Thyroid Professional: Available to NPs, PAs, RNs, PharmDs and other non-MDs or PhDs
  • Trainee: Available to fellows, residents and students. Status verification is required for non-member trainees.
  • Clinical: Available to healthcare professionals
  • Early Career: Available to individuals who have completed their training program or postdoctoral fellowship within the last five years
  • Emeritus: Available to granted members only
  • Scientist: Available to PhDs only
  • Senior: Available to retired long-standing members of major professional organizations
  • Guest: Available to individuals who are not involved in the thyroid field or healthcare industry in a professional capacity and are accompanying a full meeting registrant registration access to the exhibit hall, exhibit hall reception, and scheduled coffee breaks. Admission to the Closing Party is not included but may be purchased separately.
  • One-Day: Available to individuals attending only one day of the event (Thursday, Friday or Saturday – select day within the registration form).

Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted by email to registration@thyroid.org by or before Friday, September 26, 2026.

  • Member or Non-member Registrations: receive a refund less $150 USD or 50% processing fee (whichever amount is lower).
  • Trainee or Guest Registration: receive a refund less $50 USD
  • Wednesday Courses: receive a refund less $75 USD
  • After Party: receive a refund less $25 USD

No refunds for registration or programming will be granted if submitted after September 26, 2026 (no exceptions). No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Registrations are non-transferrable.


Age Limits

Infants and children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult when visiting the exhibit hall. To help ensure that presentations proceed without disruption, we request that children not attend oral sessions. This policy reflects the nature of some presentations and is intended to help ensure the safety of attendees' children. Children should not be left unattended at any time during the meeting. If you require childcare services, please contact the hotel's concierge for assistance.


Photography Release & Registrant Data

By attending the ATA Annual Meeting, you acknowledge and agree to authorize ATA’s capture of your image in multimedia format during the live event and consent to subsequent use of your image in the public domain by ATA. ATA disclaims all liability for the capture of your image in any multimedia format by other attendees at the event.


The ATA uses the personal data you provide in this registration to administer your participation in this event. This may include information about the event’s content, event logistics, payment, updates, and additional information related to the event. By registering, you acknowledge that your name, company name, city and state/country may be shared with other registered attendees. Except as described herein, ATA will not disclose your personal data to any other third party; ATA does not and has never sold or rented attendee contact information. Your name, address, phone number, and email address, are stored in the QR code on your meeting badge. If you allow an exhibitor to scan your badge, you will be releasing your information to that exhibitor. You should consider your name badge QR code as an electronic business card that enables you to easily provide your information to an exhibitor if you choose to do so.
