The 2026 Annual Meeting of the American Thyroid Association will take place at Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. Located at City Center, the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown makes the entire city easily accessible, from the history of Independence Hall to delicious discoveries at Reading Terminal Market. Enjoy the sites of Philadelphia while it celebrates its 250th anniversary. The 2026 Annual Meeting will be a unique and enriching experience both inside and outside of the scientific sessions for attendees and guests alike.

Room Rate:

$309 per night plus applicable taxes (currently 16.37%) 

Room rate includes the following:

•    Access to the full-equipped health club

•    Complimentary wi-fi in your guest room

•    Access to Liberty’s Lanes & Arcade (the hotel’s multi-lane duckpin bowling alley, pool tables and arcade)

The ATA rate is available until Oct 20, 2026, or as long as rooms remain in the ATA block, whichever comes first. So book now to ensure you’re staying at the event venue!

We ask that all attendees use ATA’s official housing website link above to book housing for the meeting. ATA does not authorize or endorse external housing services or independent brokers. The Marriott will not call you or email you to solicit or make your hotel reservation. Such calls are not authorized or initiated by the ATA or Marriott. Neither the ATA nor Marriott can assist you with reservations problems if you book through another agency.

Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to secure the reservation. Should the reservation be cancelled within 72 hours of check-in, a one-night room and tax cancellation charge will be charged to the card used to reserve. If applicable, canceling your hotel reservation does not cancel your meeting registration and vice versa.

Easy to reach by any mode of transportation, the hotel is just one mile from the 30th Street Train Station and twelve miles from Philadelphia International Airport.

Weather

In Philadelphia in November, you can expect pleasantly crisp autumn weather that gradually transitions into winter. Daily temperatures range from an average high of 55°F (13°C) at the beginning of the month.

Visas & Passports

Every person entering the United States should be in possession of a valid passport and/or identification card and may need a visa. The type of visa depends on the purpose of your visit.

Letters of invitation to assist with visa applications will be provided to registered attendees only. When you register, please indicate that you will need a letter of invitation.
